Have taken our mower in for service in April, June and August for the same problem. $150 first time. $300 second time. Third time they said no charge because it's a redo. Arguing that the second time should have been free also because it too was a redo. Manager started that it ran fine for them however mechanic that had to unload it to be worked on couldn't keep it running without having choke on. Doesn't sound fine to us! Also manager started they ran it 16 hours with no issues. We took pictures when we dropped it off and they ran it less than 12 hours. Always have done business with them but never again.
